Cancellation Policy

At BOOKELE TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED we understand that plans may change, and cancellations may occur. The cancellation policy depends on the event and the event organizer’s specific terms. Below are the general guidelines:

1. Event Organizers’ Cancellation Policy

Event organizers set their own cancellation policies. BOOKELE TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED only facilitates the booking and payment process. We recommend that event organizers clearly outline their cancellation policies on the event page.

2. Cancellation by Attendees

  • Ticket Cancellation: Most events do not allow ticket cancellations once the ticket is purchased. However, some organizers may provide a grace period or allow cancellations based on their policies. Please check the event’s cancellation terms before purchasing.
  • Refunds upon Cancellation: If the event organizer cancels the event or offers a cancellation policy for attendees, refunds will be provided based on the terms set by the event organizer.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will be notified via email or mobile notification. Refunds will be processed as outlined in the Refund Policy section.

4. Event Rescheduling by Organizer

If the event is rescheduled, attendees will be notified, and they may request a refund if they are unable to attend the new date, as per the event organizer’s policies. Please refer to the Refund Policy section for more details.

5. How to Cancel a Ticket

If an event allows ticket cancellation or if there is a specific cancellation window, you can cancel your ticket by:

  1. Log in to your Book Elegant account
  2. Go to your "Orders" or "My Tickets" section.
  3. Selecting the ticket to cancel and following the cancellation instructions provided.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket is successfully canceled.
