• Event Details:

  The event organizer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful details regarding the event, including time, location, pricing, and ticket types.

• Payment:

  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to make the payment through BookElegant’s secure payment processing system. Multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets, will be available. You acknowledge and accept that payment processing fees may apply as per the vendor’s and payment gateway’s terms.

To use certain features of the Service, including event creation and ticketing, you must create an account with BOOKELE TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Book Elegant”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update this information if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

By listing an event on Book Elegant, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to create and sell tickets for the event.
• The event complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• You will not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities..

BOOKELE TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to remove any events that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

For Event Organizers:

• Book Elegant charges a service fee for each ticket sold on our platform. Fees are displayed during the event creation process and are subject to change.
• Payments for tickets are processed through a secure payment gateway, and funds will be transferred to the Event Organizer after ticket sales are completed..

For Attendees:

• You agree to pay for the tickets you book on Book Elegant. Prices may include taxes, service fees, and other charges.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. Book Elegant is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.

You are solely responsible for the content that you post, upload, or create on Book Elegant. This includes event listings, promotional material, and comments. You agree not to post any content that:

• Violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Is defamatory, abusive, or offensive.
• Is misleading or fraudulent.

BOOKELE TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kota, Rajasthan.
