1. Event Organizer Refund Process

Refunds are handled directly by event organizers through our platform. However, we do assist in processing the refund requests where applicable. The refund eligibility depends on the policies set by the event organizer.

2.Refund Conditions for Attendees

  • Cancelled Events: If the event is canceled by the organizer before the event date, attendees are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Rescheduled Events: If the event is rescheduled and the new date is not convenient for the attendee, they may request a refund. Refunds for rescheduled events will be processed based on the event organizer’s decision.
  • Refundable Tickets: Some tickets may be non-refundable depending on the event organizer's refund policy. Always review the event’s ticket terms before purchase.
  • Processing Fees: Refunds may exclude transaction fees and processing fees applied during ticket purchase, as per the event organizer’s policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Book Elegant account
  2. Go to your "Orders" or "My Tickets" section.
  3. Select the event for which you require a refund and submit a refund request.
  4. Our support team will process the request and contact you with further instructions.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have concerns, contact our customer support team for assistance.
